EMC Talotekniikka group continues restructuring with a new company: EMC Talotekniikka Suomi Oy | Uutiset | EMC Talotekniikka Oy in English

We have continued to restructure and rationalise Group operations by merging three subsidiaries: EMC LVI-Urakointi Oy, EMC Service Oy and City Sähkö Oy into their former holding company EMC Sähköurakointi Oy at the end of 2011, and renaming the company as EMC Talotekniikka Suomi Oy. This measure jointly incorporates the group’s Building Services Engineering and Technical Services divisions into a single company.

The aim of the merger is to meet customer requirements by providing a one-stop shop for comprehensive building services engineering projects, covering pipework, ventilation, electrical and other special technologies.

The merger does not affect other companies in the Group, with operating relations between EMC Talotekniikka Oy, EMC Emator Oy, Silotek Oy and TalPro Oy continuing as before.

The companies are currently integrating their operations, but there is no need for our business partners to take any measures at this stage. The new company will assume liability for all contractual obligations of the merging companies. The responsible individuals will contact you in the event that ongoing contracts require the consent of both parties to any formal change in the identity of a party.
