The directing manager of the group is Kimmo Liukkonen. The management team is assembled of managing director, business contoller, procurement manager and the management of the daughter companies.
Members of the board
Chairman of the board Matti Jaakola (born in 1955), the managing director of CapWell Oy, MBA. In Jaakola’s background are leading positions in international and Finnish forestry, chemical and food processing industry. He has worked as the managing director of Georgia-Pacific Group of north Europe in 2001–2006 and in charge of Henkel KgA's Nordic countries in 1995–2000. Since 2006 Jaakola has been a partner of Boardman Oy, and he also attends to business and executive management development of different companies as a delegate of CapWell Oy.
Ilkka Pentikäinen (born in 1965), the investment manager and a partner of Pohjola Capital Partners Oy, FM. He operates in investment business and development of target companies. Pentikäinen is experienced in advertising, marketing, media and new technology. He has been working in OKO Venture Capital Oy since 2002 and before that his duties have been the sales manager in Mainio.net, the vice president of Etori.fi and the operating director of Arpajaisyhdistys.
Hannu Mikkonen (s 1963), CEO of First HERTZ Rent A Car Finland Oy. EMBA Hannu Mikkonen has previously worked in the construction industry SRV Plc Managing Director of the international service industry, Securitas AB, the European Division Chief Operating Officer and prior to Securitas AB's development director. All in all, he has worked in management positions in services for over 14 years. In addition, he has worked for several service and construction company boards.
Timo Nurminen (born in 1958) Managing Director, Amplion Asset Management AB, MBA. Timo Nurminen is focused in property investment solutions as Amplion Asset Management AB's leader. Amplion is responsible for more than EUR 1 billion of real estate assets in six European countries (Finland, Russia, the Baltics, Sweden and France). Amplion is part of the Swedish real estate advisory firm Catella Property Group. Over the period 2001-2008 Timo Nurminen was Catella Finland CEO, through which he has extensive experience in real estate investment market in Finland and in Europe. In addition Nurminen has extensive experience in banking and financial sector in various management positions. Nurminen has acted as a board member in RAKLI and in the Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce and currently several private equity real estate fund boards.
Terho Salo (born in 1946), M.Sc., an economist, Senior Advisor, Jones Lang LaSalle Finland Oy. Terho Salo has long been employed by the construction industry, most recently in 1995-2006 the Construction Confederation and Construction Industry Association CEO. In the meantime, Terho Salo was more than 20 years in various positions in building contractor services, including his own family company as CEO, as well as YIT and Municipal Building Haka missions at Finland and Skanska companys international assignments.
