Key individuals in the subsidiaries and in the Group, and funds managed by Vaaka Partners Oy (formerly Pohjola Capital Partners Oy) share ownership of EMC Talotekniikka Oy.

The name EMC comes from Electrical and Mechanical Contracting – talotekniikka, in Finnish.

EMC Talotekniikka group will be restructured at the end of 2011 by merging three subsidiaries: EMC LVI-Urakointi Oy, EMC Service Oy and City Sähkö Oy into their current holding company EMC Sähköurakointi Oy. The name of the company will then become EMC Talotekniikka Suomi Oy.
