10 Oct, 2011: EMC Talotekniikka group will be restructured at the end of 2011 by merging three subsidiaries: EMC LVI-Urakointi Oy, EMC Service Oy and City Sähkö Oy into their current holding company EMC Sähköurakointi Oy. The name of the company will then become EMC Talotekniikka Suomi Oy.
